Return Policy

Isfahan CC t/a does not issue cash refunds, we will however issue you with either an exchange or store credit. As per Section 19 & 20 of the Consumer Protection Act, we will inform you of all information about the carpet you have purchased and you will then have the right to accept or cancel. If you have received your carpet and you do notice any damages or flaws that you where not informed of, you will need to inform Isfahan CC t/a within 5 days of taking delivery. The purchased item then needs to be returned to our store in Cape Town to undergo an inspection. The purchased item will need to be in its original packaging and all delivery costs will be for the purchaser’s account.
